Our abattoir
Our abattoir is at the heart of our business. It means we can ensure high welfare standards are maintained and the best quality meat produced. We slaughter cattle, sheep, goats and pigs in our abattoir. We offer a specialist slaughter service for farmers, small holders, butchers, farmers markets, farm shops and people who have reared their own stock.

As we are a small abattoir with highly skilled staff we are able to ensure that the highest welfare standards are met, and that customers get their own produce back at the end of the process. We also offer a variety of post-slaughter services, including cutting. We are happy to show customers round the abattoir to demonstrate the high standards we maintain.
